How far in advance do I need to place a custom order?
About 2-3 weeks is required for custom order requests. However, the sooner the better!
Do you deliver?
No, I do not offer delivery.
How long will the cookies stay fresh?
For about 2-3 weeks if each cookies remains in their heat sealed packaging at room temperature. It’s usually a little longer, but this is the timeline I’ve tested personally.
What is a presale?
This is how I sell cookies that are not custom. It allows everyone to get cookies at lower prices, try different flavors, and get some cookies just because!
I usually post samples a few weeks before pick up, then you would scroll through pictures, decide what you’d like, and pay to secure your order. The best way to stay in the loop and give input (I do a lot of polls!) is to follow me on Instagram!
How much do you charge?

What does pick up look like? Can I send someone else to get my cookies for me?
Your cookies will be placed on my porch in a monitored area at your pick up time.
Yes, you are welcome to send someone to pick them up! Just let me know who will be picking up the cookies.
Do you require a deposit?
Nope! I do not require a deposit for custom cookies. Once I confirm your order, your order must be paid in full by the time you pick up your cookies.
Do you have any other flavors?
Vanilla almond cookies are the only flavor I decorate for custom orders.
How do I store my cookies after pick up and before my event?
Keep them at room temperature! Do NOT put them in the fridge. The fridge will cause condensation and the designs will be ruined.
Can I freeze the cookies?
Yes! Put them in a sealed food container or freezer ziplock (the cookies should be in the heat sealed bag) and place them in the freezer. When you’re ready to eat them, take the container out of the freezer and let the cookies thaw BEFORE you open the container. Once thawed, open the container and enjoy!
Are your cookies individually packaged?
Yes! Each cookie is always heat sealed to ensure clean, fresh cookies.
How do I change or cancel my order?
To change or cancel an order, please do so at least 7 days before your pick up date. Minor changes, such as pick up time (not day), only need 1-2 days notice. Cancellations can be made up to 7 days before your pick up day.
Changing your pick up day may result in cancellation and refund of your order.
Send me an DM on Instagram or text me to cancel or change an order.
No refund are given if you do not pick up your cookies at your schedule day and time.
Can you accommodate large quantity orders?
Yes! I am the only baker and decorator, so please let me know as far in advance as possible. I will do my absolute best to cater to your event’s needs.
Do you ship cookies?
No, I do not ship cookies due to CA Cottage Food Laws.
